Another week is gone...

Time really flies and I'm done with the second week of school! Gotta sit for my mid semester tests in 3 weeks time. The thought of it kinda....scares me. I'm damn sure three weeks will be gone in a flash and I see myself struggling through revision already. Revisions, and more revisions, field trips to the different companies to analyse everything about em and the countless projects awaits me.

And then in less than a year's time we'll be doing our internship already.

But nevertheless it was the 29th yesterday, which means, our monthly gathering!! Took some time off to let my hair down. I guess a lil break does no harm right, what's more, it's a tradition to meet on every 29th! Die die also must meet them, how can I leave out my dosage of happy pills when they're the ones that are always there for me and make me laugh so hard! Iron Man 2 was awesome btw!

I pinky promised myself to turn in earlier tonight. Latest by 11.30! I'm reaaally exhausted and my energy was enough to barely pull through the day. My friends made it way better for me too! Lunch was with my new classmates AND my secondary school classmates and all of them already knew each other! My gosh that was by far the happiest lunch break I had in donkey months!

Today I bumped into my neighbour in school which happened to be my public speaking classmate for the previous semester as well. Met after school and hit the gym together! Then to the fitness corner. Uh huh I was pretty damned tired after that workout. I wouldn't say I did much, didn't dare to run cuz my back was giving me hell again. But nevertheless I did manage to cycle 10 km and did a lil weights which didn't require any strength from my back.

So school wasn't thaaat bad today, yup!

And so was yesterday. Bumped into Mandy who actually helped someone like me who has been in the school longer than her ha ha k for that I was a lil embarrassed for not knowing how to operate the printer in the library. And then bumped into Joel after school and took the long path just so we could catch up!! Really happy to see old friends around in school.

And today, I signed up for a study trip to Brisbane. Though I've been to all of the places of interest they are gonna go to, I really don't mind going again cuz it's damn fun! And I get to visit the two universities too, am sure that would make a good eye opener :D

Gotta start saving up already. I'm seventeen going on eighteen and am a young adolescent already so I can't be asking them to pay for my trips all the time! Someone, stop me from shopping please, PLEASE!

Until now I still have no idea who drew the smiley beside my name on the attendance sheet. Today was my first Creative Campaign Tutorial. My tutor was taking our attendance and when it came to my turn, obviously I'll raise my hand up to show that I'm present. But after which tutor went "Oh so you're Grace Woo, the one who drew the smiley beside your name on your attendance sheet." Didn't quite believe him until I saw it but none of my friends did that! :S

K I think I better turn in now. 9 a.m. tutorial tomorrow! :(

Is it me, or is it the Monday Blues that is starting to hit on me right now? But hey it's a Tuesday already and I'm all ready for school which starts at 2. Not really looking forward to school today though cuz I want to sleep, although I got to sleep till noon just now.

Hope all goes well today, and I hope I made the right choice by skipping calculus lecture for the client briefing this evening. Pilot pen company better be grateful that I chose your briefing over calculus ^^

Damn the weekends are gone. A day spent sleeping and the other, travelling all around in the East with my family doing something which I don't think it's time to reveal it, yet. But I do hope that......maybe it's just me living in my own world.

Can't wait for school tomorrow and meet my new friends. I think my classmates are cute and have an awesome sense of humour. Gonna spend the year laughing till I've got abs, I guess? :D As cliché as it may sound, laughter is after all the best medicine. Laughing till I've got abs is another plus point!

So it's just another hour to the second week of school and I'm kinda psyched! Completed 2 out of 3 tutorials cuz I don't have my new txtbooks with me.

I'm amazed and surprised that I'm not down with the Monday Blues Syndrome this week. Maybe it's too early to say. Hmmm

Week 1 of school is over and I am so happy TGIF!! Hah finally I get to use TGIF after like what, two months? Can't wait for 6 more weeks before we get to have out short vacation. Projects aplenty and I reckon I'll be busy even during the next short break but nonetheless....it's still a break!

Time is gonna fly right, especially I don't think I'll have any major exams to take anymore except for all that tests.

Hell's starting from week 2 so today since most of us in TP don't have school and btw when I say us it means us, spaztic, we went to catch Date Night. I guess I was the only one among us that went to school for lecture this morning!

And btw Date Night was damn funny but I think it should be rated NC16. Which part of 'Zip your vagina!" and "Put a f***ing shirt on!" sound like PG?!

Sigh school's draining all my energy and I am tired already. Don't know what I should expect from next Monday onwards!

Yaaaaay we are the champions~~~

Sports Day among us Marketing students today and we played captains ball. But of course I had a price to pay. I banged right into my new classmate and I fell with my body bent and landed on my ass so I looked as if I fell on my ass' cheeks BUT I fell on my bone! My spine~~ Ouchhhhh it's really hurting more than usual.

So pain I couldn't have dinner especially after I got home.

Crawling out of bed was quite a big deal especially when calculus tutorial started at freaking nine in the morning. I was too careless not to log out of ebuddy when I went to bed so I ended up talking to my old friends. Plus I had quite a nightmare so I didn't get much zzzzzz....

I should try turning in earlier tonight :'(

First day of school? AWESOME!

I stepped into a class full of people talking to one another so like what I've expected, some of them were in the same class when we were in our freshmen year. But things got better after some ice breaking games and I'm beginning to like my class even more!

Sigh Friday was a mess. Train had a major problem which stopped in between almost every station. Was supposed to be at Pioneer at 7.15 p.m. but I got there at 7.45 and the games started already!! Thank God there was a walkover and I get $$$ for freeeee. So much for the biggest sprint of my life looking like I've lost my sanity squeezing through the crowds. Then came the second match which created quite a scene in the midst of the game and that was the first I've experienced! Scorer sheet shows it all but the coach told us off and kept saying he was right... :S

Today I went to church and came out feeling slightly better, not because of what happened on Friday, duh! But my new class. Maybe a fresh start is really what I need. In fact that was what I asked for. New environment, new friends, new perceptions. Gone were those.....I would say complicated days. I admit Year 1 was quite smooth-sailing BUT there were a lot of things going on, more than you could think of. Lets hope my sophomore year will be a relatively good one! Marketing requires no examinations so yay!

The family and I went to my cousin's place to visit my newborn nephew Jason. 15 days old and he was born 5 weeks earlier so by right he should be still in my cousin in law's womb. Handling a newborn isn't easy one bit!

WHY OH WHY DOES MY TIMETABLE SUCKS LIKE ONE HELL OF A BITCH!!!!!

But wellz if anyone is happy with your timetable then congrats! I think it really boils down to luck this time! Where got people so suey practically everyday 9-5 or somtimes ending even later than that? Except that on Tuesdays I start at 2 and end at 7 and on Thursdays 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Thursdays are awesome. But my friends have no school on Friday!! What is this! Even my brother don't have to go to school every Wednesday. Ha ha then again I really do feel for my brother, I wonder how is he gonna survive 3 year of travelling to Ngee Ann Poly and mingle with the sea of nerds in Accountancy.

HMMMM..

Today marks the second last day of the month and a half long school holidays. Thank God for the short Hong Kong trip. I had quite a time of my life slurping mango sagos and hunting down all the Zara and H&M outlets in Hong Kong. And I'm proud to say I ACTUALLY ACHIEVED THAT! My greatest regret in Hong Kong is that I didn't go to Macau, Shen Zhen, Harbin and to shop more because I thought I'll be happily shopping in Bangkok after that but DAMN THE BLOODY RIOT. Just you wait I will go there. WILL. But actually if I'm a Thai I'd definitely support Thaksin also so....... GO REDDIES!

Anyhow badminton was fun today. But my mood was kinda dampened after knowing that I know no one in my new class and it felt as if there is only one student in my class which is me! And I don't look forward to entering a class full of people knowing each other and I sit alone looking like an anti-social retard. I hate my face sometimes, until now I still have no idea why I look so bitchy/kiam pa/unfriendly and people around me be it my spastics of ex classmates, they always remind me not to do that or they poke their index and middle finger at the sides of my lips an stretch to make me smile!

I just hope my new classmates won't find my face intimidating!! That's all I'm asking for.

And if better still I'd want to appeal out. Who the heck wants to be left alone to rot right. Afterall its the old friends that make myself, me.

Yay I finally got to eat ice cream! I was craving for em since yesterday when the weather was mad warm and humid. So today the cousin and I went to Ice Cream Chefs.

And then to Parkway and $$$ just flew away like that. Sometimes I wish my hands weren't so itchy. Apart from the stuff we got from Cotton On, I bought almond & pistachios, percy pig sweets and wholegrain flavoured snacks. +Cheng teng which in my opinion was the most horrible cheng teng I've ever tasted.

Subway's cold cut trio saved the day and made it up for cheng teng! Omg I think I'm on a subway binge.....again!!

So chubby hor!! I wonder how to get rid of baby fats. Anyone!?

Feels great to be back home again especially when I'm home from an ass cracking journey from Pioneer. Thank God for nice and helpful referees today and I get to talk to my friends! Quite a number of them were there to watch the match or do scoring/refereeing.

One of the line judge couldn't come at the very last minute and so I had to do both scorer's and assistant's job at the same time which was needless to say, stressful. Looks like I need a lot of rest! Feeling so sleepy already.

Granny has been here to stay with us for a couple of days so for the past few days we all have been spending time with her. Gave up my room for a week or so for granny so..... I've been sleeping at my parents' room at night. Haven't been sleeping well!! :(

Apart from that I think the scorer's duty was really stressful yesterday.

Watched balls flying here and there when I'm already half dead due to the lack of sleep AND sitting from Tampines to Pasir Ris then to Pioneer. Eyes were already slightly crossed and had to sit down so it felt as if my ass went numb?! Minor miscalculations got the old man mad and I had to do more than what was supposed to do cuz they lacked manpower. Was even offered to be the line judge but I didn't even take the referee course...

But no matter how much I complain, I think the referees really lead damn hard lives. Always kena scolded by the coaches so that is one reason why I have been contemplating if I should even consider taking that course. Really salute the girl one year younger than me who went to take up the referee course manz.

And omg I'm really drained. I have to be at Pioneer again tomorrow evening. Who wants to accompany me! :(

Meet Jason, my newborn nephew

Haven't got to visit Jason yet cuz I'm sick! And I'll be endangering both mother and child if I go there, especially when I am having a really bad flu. So bad that I don't sound like myself and my ears are blocked. I....sound like a guy. I sound like my voice isn't really back yet.

A day of with Jas today! It's been so long since I went out with her!! Jas we better go out soon again!! Borders and Cotton On @ Parkway. I like hanging at Borders even if it means coming out empty handed( D: ) Let's just say I like to hang around PP. But anyway I came home really weary.

Looks like I can't make it down to catch St Hilda's B div girls in action tomorrow! Getting sicker by the minute :( Really hope they can win tomorrow's match against Xinmin!

Lazing around at home once is a while is good, but lazing around at home being sick SUCKS. Be gone, flu bug.

I conclude that Granny likes my iTouch. She was so entertained with that gadget when my family and I went to visit her on Good Friday hehe so cute right :) That night I went to Swensens with my family! The whole ice cream experience was darn enjoyable but I got a sore throat right after that. Thanks to the Sticky Chewy Chocolate ice cream :( I love family outings like this, can't wait for the following weekend!

So yesterday was Impressions X. Fiona dated me and she seemed like she was going to die because I talk no sense (that I admit but only SOMETIMES). The concert was......quite alright. I wasn't as thrilled as I was before probably because I don't really know anyone playing in the school band now that I've graduated for 2 years already. Maybe except for a handful of them. But I liked the songs the band played cuz they played my favourite childhood music! My Disney princess classics I will never get sick of even till at this age when I got that gift from mom when I was three. Still listening to the CD occasionally! I got more excited when the alumni started playing!

Dinner/supper at macs, got home still feeling very much awake at 1 in the morning which I thought it was pretty abnormal.

Today is Easter Sunday. That night before I couldn't help stop thinking of all the memories Pebbles and I had together because today is it's 3rd death anniversary. Best bunny ever.

Also got kinda excited cuz my cousin's wife just gave birth to baby Jason! K that makes me an aunty of two already. Can't wait to visit both mother and son!

Guess what I played pranks on 13 people and ALL fell for it yay!! Like from midnight till 2 in the morning I made my friends call me when some are already asleep!

Have been busy these few days and I'm really kinda tired. But it's all worth it when I'm enjoying myself and I should just make good use of the next two weeks to enjoy myself more before school reopens right.

So Tuesday was lunch with Amelia at 18 Chefs, laughing at all her bimbotic moments at Pet Safari (She's more bimbotic than me lor! I am not one in the first place) and talked about braces! Can't wait to see her in braces soon yay! Another friend of mine who will be wearing braces. Just realise that out of the 9 of us, as in we the spastics, 7 of us wear braces. And damn I do miss wearing mine. Wished I could have them on as long as I want... Hung out with Deanna in the afternoon till that evening~

Yesterday I felt so accomplished cuz I found my way to Technopark @ Chai Chee, to get my hard disk fixed of course. First time going there and I found my way! I don't usually go to industrial parks, let alone going all by myself. Met Fatz, walked around Simei and dinner at Ikea.

And today... I went to watch my juniors' match. St Hilda's B Division girls in Top 4, first time in e-l-e-v-e-n freaking years. That was when I was in Primary 1. Amazing right! So proud of my juniors. Had a close fight with Dunman Secondary but lost. But nevertheless I'm still really happy for them. Cheer up k girlssss!

So when we were on the coach, on our way to Presbyterian High my juniors were telling me how much of a resemblance the Xinmin's libero and I have in common, as in our looks and true enough I got a shock of my life when I saw her. Holy cow I felt like I was watching myself play. If anyone's gonna catch the finals, they should have a good look at both her and I! Freakishly odd but funny yes!

I'm so sick of hearing 'Fidelity' as my ring tone for the past 2 years or so already but ever since I watch this I've got earworms, I keep playing it again and again! Beats me too.
