Oh how I reminisce the good old carefree days.


Anyway, school is full of ups and downs but I never fail to cheer up by the time school ends :) I had dinner at pastamania with my dear spastics yesterday and it was all laughter and joy. Troubles melted away like lemon drops and yeah it's nice to have great friends around. I must learn to count my blessing!

Anyway I was hesitating if I should come to school today because I went to cut my hair yesterday and my hairdresser Marcus cut a hell lots of fringe and I look like I have bangs. Wow bangs. Marcus asked me if I wanted to trim my fringe so I said go ahead. He told me he'll take the shorter fringe as a gauge and SNIPPED OFF like 3 inches of fringe. When I looked at the floor to see how much he cut, I went: oh my gosh.
My hairstyle is so child-like and ughhhhh :(


Anyway today was just alright. Emma and I practically talked throughout the lessons like from 8.15 till 2.15. Coolz. Emma says that I'm the only person that can....... and gosh we had fun talking and crapping even if it came to serious stuff. We made plans to go to the beach after O's to play beach volleyball, we're gonna form teams and she's so going to be my opponent :)

Yesterday was a long day. I slept close to 4am and I woke up at 8am to prepare for the POA class at 9am. And guessed what, I only reached school at 9.30am. Was doing my prelim papers in class. Yang and I felt so bored that we decided to take a walk in school and we ended up in the hall playing volleyball. After the 10 minutes of fun we had to return to class. I was craving for more volleyball sessions that I set aside some time for next Friday to play with my primary school teammates. Afterall we do need to distress right? :)
Tiara and I headed to Mac while waiting for the others to arrive after the lessons. We were talking about our outside school friends and gosh, it was so cool. The conversation was pretty interesting and I kind of lost track of time. I was supposed to get home by 12 so that I won't be late for Emath tuition later on.

I was so tired that I could close my eyes and fall asleep.

Despite the long day, I slept at 3am last night. Gosh the late nights. I cannot afford to do this any further. Social Studies prelim papers is just 9 days away.

So my classmates made my day today. Despite the fact that I had a bad day at school yesterday, my classmates were the ones that cheer me up by their kind gestures. Though subtle, I felt blessed. Naw I won't want to relate anything to you guys but something happened yesterday. I received quite a number of text messages telling me to cheer up and stuff.
Yesterday was a long and torturous day. Got my prelim timetable and I was shocked to know that my first paper is 11 days from now. Sounds shitty right, but this is life.

Slept late to complete some revision notes and was so tired this morning. I almost didn't felt like going to school. Waited for the bus and I was almost late, so I cabbed to school. Just as I was about to settle down, I had to pay the fare. The ride was barely 2 minutes, or even less. But the fare came up to about almost 6 bucks. Ugh what is this.
What's worst is that I cleanly forgotten about the Integration test and I didn't study for it! 3 tests in 3 consecutive days are killers.

Lunch was at Century Square and headed to the interchange after lunch. Just as I was about to board bus 72, I heard someone calling my name and I turned. Having to meet my ex teammate made my day better! Caught up with Lay Ping for awhile and we were sharing how we felt when we had to be opponents in court. We reminisce the good old times when we used to be teammates since 6 or 7 years ago hahaaha and that was so cute.
SOMEONE OUT THERE SAW ME TOO RIGHT ;) I WONDER WHO. HMMM

Despite the late day today, I was still just as lethargic. You could say I was feeling lifeless and dead today. Thanks to the revision notes last night. I was overly engrossed in making my Physics revision notes that I lost track of time and when I woke up this morning, I went: Oh no, shit!

No I'm not late but I didn't study for my Chemistry test today. I had to memorize catalysts, applications and uses but I didn't. So I cannot do much and tried memorizing the basics. So much so that when the test started, Bakar said it was a good attempt. Yay for that I'm happy.

Today is wacky hair day. The girls at my area did something funny to their hair and so did I. I shall not elaborate but I looked stupid like a little kid. Skipped Emath after school programme and I'll be leaving home soon to meet Ms Woo Yi Jia at Tampines MRT to pass her some stuff and head to Hougang. Oh my gosh I so hate the long bus ride!

Celebrated racial harmony today and had lotsa fun!

Ugh I guess this would be the last time I'll be celebrating racial harmony day. I used to be passive and dare not wear when I was still in lower sec but now I wished I had several more chances to wear different ethnic costumes because it's fun fun fun with classmates and friends.
I dressed up as an Indian today and loooooook. Fatz. So it's like I have to reveal my belly and I was so paranoid trying to cover up the lard.
But uh, heck. All in the name of fun, so why bother?

So my day was spent with these two girls. One in school, the other after school. Emma and I were trying to imitate how intimate couples can get by touching our earlobes HAHAHA and shoulders. We've got goosebumps and we totally lost control. Oops :S

Gladys and I went to Long John Silver for lunch with some other classmates. Soon after we proceeded to somewhere near Haji Lane to rent Gladys' outfit. Tomorrow's racial harmony and we're all wearing ethnic costumes. Can't wait!! I'll be an Indian for a day!!

I'm meeting Deon at 8.30 later to get some stuff so bye for now!

So yesterday was fun-filled. Had Emath tuition like any other Saturdays. Tuition was dull and boring so Deanna and I were talking in class. Headed to meet the rest of the girls and we went to town to celebrate Pauline's and Deanna's birthday. I felt guilty. I should be studying at home!! But mom tells me that I should let my hair down once in a while :) Got a dress and accessories Ugh I spent quite a sum yesterday.

Today I was out with Rachie baby and gosh, she's like my confidante. I felt better and yup I won't bother elaborating so don't bother asking me.
It's time for me to pull up my socks and stop being the complacent Grace. Oh God.

Anyway school was dead boring today. Featured article situational writing test and it was one of Victoria School's past year prelim paper, so all of us had to imagine we're Victorians. Thank God I actually remembered their school's motto Nil Sine Labore. I THINK. For once I felt like a genius :O

Holey Mocoly we had Qualitative Analysis practical after that. It was darn easy but for the first time in my life I dealt with concentrated sulphuric acid. I got so paranoid when handling the super duper strong acid with God knows how many moles it contains especially it has more hydrogen molecules as compared to other acids so that makes it stronger.
Oral practice with Mdm Wong and Emma, Mandy and I went to Macs to settle out craving for apple pie. HAHA shall end here now.
I'm gonna take a short nap and off to granny's place to celebrate her 80++ birthday :)

I have to make do with my brother's spare phone and it's driving me crazyyyyyyyy!

Anyway, school was pretty fun today. It's a pleasant surprise to know that I've got 6 free periods after recess today and ah, it seems like a long time since I last stepped into the school tuckshop. I finally went down for recess with Jas and Jo.

Went hone after school while the rest had to take their Physics SPA (HAHAHAHAHA!!) and washed up. 22-ed to bedok to meet Jas and Paul and we went to Paul's place! Much fun! Bao and the rest came over after their SPA and that was went I went to Joel's house to meet Rach and Jo back at Tampines. I know I should not be doing this, knowing that prelims is just less than a month away. Guilty stricken, yes.

Slap me back to reality. I need self-driven motivation and lotsa encouragement, but how?

Headed home and had Physics tuition. This time I told the tutor I wanted one and a half hours instead of two. Am. So. Tired. Now.

Not only do we look like twins, our birthdays fall on the same month and I'm just 9 days older than you! Love you sweetheart, we must learn to act like we're 16 now!!

Today I got received my happy meal toys from Xinyu and started whipping out another toy from my bag. Started to play with the toys during Physics lessons since physics teacher was absent. Crapped with the rest and Emma and I were acting like we were serenading each other. Was texting in class and guess what, the girls were staring at me and I burst out laughing uncontrollably because i) all 3 had the same reaction, ii) don't like people staring at me.
Hahaha anddddd,

School was fun today. Deon brought his guitar and kept strumming 'Everything' and 'Obviously' and all of us were in high spirits today. Even Gladys mentioned that she haven't laughed so much for a long time. Someday I'd like to learn the guitar!

I was picked to read aloud in class during English lesson today.

I was stucked after 'Soprano' and started laughing for no rhyme or reason.

Presenting DEANNA AND I

Yaaaaay I met dear Natalie today after school to get my present and the presents are freaking cuteeeee. The present received was given by my navteens camp group last year, which consists of Natalie, Darren, Yiwen, Weizhi and Samuel. Thanks peopleeeee :)

Yeah and the whole day I was thinking why people say I'm wild. People come up to me and say: hey I saw you at zouk/chijmes recently. Or they went: hey you look like you go clubbing. And in school today I was complaining to Gladys and kept asking her in what way I look wild.

ANDDDDDDD when I met Natalie, I told her the same thing. Hahaha and it's pretty funny lah. Maybe I look mature? :S

Anywayyyyyyyy, 358 more days to my seventeenth, yay :)

Hola, my classmates and I are still as crazy as ever, especially my dearest Emma!
We still sing in class like nobody's business and get really high for no reason ever since the second week of school!
Some of us are trying to act like yoga experts and yup, stuff like that. Even the teachers laugh at us.

TGIF. Time flies and it's gonna be the fourth week of school soon. Ugh, so its another 4 weeks to my prelims. And guess what, I should be studying but I'm still packing up my presents. My room is in a big mess.

I MIGHT be going to East Coast Park tomorrow to join Fiona and Deanna at the flea. Sounds cool, especially when it's located at the east, so I won't have to travel so far. I hope dad and mom will allow me to go, because I don't even know when is the next time I'm gonna shop. Seriously I need to kick this bad habit. Soon. You won't want to know how much I spend when I shop.


I'm still deciding if I should continue using facebook. Facebook is laggy and my profile is rotting. But ugh, that's the only form of communication to catch up with my cousins in Australia. They often tell me to call them at Aussie but who in the right mind will call often. If so, my bill is gonna exceed like..... :(

I have yet to visit my little Briton cousin. Heard he has hazel brown eyes and golden hair.
Oh my, why am I talking about cousins. :S

School's great like any other days, although waking up early is a chore to me. And now, we're all busy with remedials and extra lessons and more, making me even more lethargic. I haven't been sleeping much lately and I was out of my mind. I sang one of the songs from the Sound Of Music: I AM SIXTEEN GOING ON SEVENTEEN..........

Yes and I told everyone I'm gonna be seventeen soon, in another 363 more days. Everybody burst out laughing :( they went: it's like you're barely 2 days from your sweet sixteenth birthday and now you're saying you're turning seventeen soon!
I wonder what will I be like when I'm seventeen. You'll see a even more mature young lady! Although I'm already mature. HAHA

Emma sings in class and I joined along. We seem pretty crazy today yes! And you could say that we have telepathy. We stare into each others eyes, and start singing a random song like Superman, from Five For Fighting, at the same time and burst out laughing. Ah and I've been always complaining I'm so tired of school all the time, but upon hearing that I am only left with 3 months in secondary school, I froze. Time flies isn't it?! Sometimes I don't really want to grow up but is there a choice? And they say: secondary school life is your most memorable part of your life. I haven't really experience it, but maybe when I graduate, I'll think back and say: ah yes, it was the 4 most memorable years I've spent there.

Anywaysssssss, THANK YOU WEISHI FOR THE DUNKING DONUTS!! It's so cuteeee and it's nice too! Ahhh how I wish there's an outlet in Singapore. My juniors, Abrie, Joleen, Clare and Xuanting baked a heart shape mini brownie cake for me!

Yay I'm 16 and finally 16. I feel like I'm a big girl now. Growing up comes with a package that includes more responsibilities, higher expectations, being more sensible, handling more stress and more. Not only that, at least age grows with wisdom. I'll get wiser every year too!
Oh great I'm gonna be an aunt soon. Real soon, like in another 7 more months. I should be an aunt by now but because..... nope, not saying. ask me for details if you wanna know.

Birthday celebration with my classmates was awesome. Clubbing. They went 'clubbing'. Blasting the hits and all dancing with the lights switched off. Hahaha and that was cute, really. The theme of my party was 'G' and everybody, especially the girls, came in really nice outfits. Some came as gypsy, geeks, goddess, greek, godmother, gossip girl outfits and more. I came as a genie.
Well, the picture below isn't really complete. There's still Gladys, Tiara, Aisyah, Cheen, Fik and more. I can't remember.

I really loved the party. Thank you mom, for helping me out in organising this celebration! She paid for all the booking fees, expenses for the food like pizza and chicken and more, and applied half day off to cook some other dishes. I can't find anther mom like you. Love you mom!
