I had to put on my sports attire for a session of physio today. Deanna's dad drove us there and she accompained me, yay! Got a chance to say hi to Jasmin.

I kinda dislike physio today because the exercises that I've learn are so hard to master and I've yet to do them correctly. And the pain meter never fails to increase with time. Grace and Fiona came over and we had lunch together, then kind of a catch-up session. Tomorrow will be a fun today! So will the day after tomorrow.
