I suppose this would be the last post of the year. This year has been a pretty good year except for some hiccups and obstacles I've already faced. This post would sum up what I did for the whole of 2009!

1) Last year's new year resolution was to spend more time with my family which I only did so starting from June! A little too late but better late than never. Weekends before June were spent at the beaches of Sentosa or Vivo. So I guess I kinda made the effort to spend time with them! Yes, I did.

2) O level results was.... teachers and counsellors thought I wanted to commit suicide (-.-). Parents didn't blame me because they knew I didn't study ever since the demise of grandpa. WAS supposed to be in AJC playing volleyball as a libero but oh guess what! Damn TP's teachers in charge I freaking hate them for brainwashing me into TPVB and then rejected my application making me almost schoolless. If TP don't blardy needs a libero then let me go and play in AJC dammit! Until now the thought of it irks me till no end.

3) Learning to not play as much volleyball as possible. Earlier this year dad and mom tried talking to me about quitting and I cried for a week because nothing else could replace my favourite sport, not even tennis. Cracks on the spine deepen and it'd never recover so I don't bother going back to the hospital for torturous physiotherapy sessions. The only time I visit the hospital is when I need to restock my gummy bears in the refrigerator.

4) Coloured my virgin hair for the very first time in my life in February. Chopped off 22 inches of hair this year! Am quite surprised that I don't suffer from any heartaches!

5) I am eternally grateful for my group of 8 other girlfriends which makes spastic, spastic :) In life people have about 1-2 close friends but I've got 8! I can talk to anyone of them about anything without feeling embarrassed. Tell me who's the luckiest girl in the world! Me!!! Though I may whine, cry and complain at times, but I must say I'm one happy girl!

Happy I made new friends in school this year. In fact, many!

I haven't really thought about my new year's resolution for next year yet but in the new year ahead of us, I want to play more volleyball. No TP nevermind (the teacher in charge should just K.M.A) but I still have two other Alma Mata arms opening wide to welcome me any time. I wanna play beach volleyball more often too. I sound so ambitious but I really wonder if I have the time to do all these things... Now that I've joined Surf N Sweat, I really gotta take some time out to get back to form because I do not want my team members to regret that they have made the wrong decision to let me play this tournament.

Tired already and I should get some sleep for 4 hours of tutorial straight from 9-1.
